Great stay and food, as well as nice outdoor look!

I like the food. Nice variety.

When there's a function, there is a shortage of food for the guests. Some menu become unavailable. Food costs for events and hotel guests should be separate. Also, delay in orders due to event.

Pleasant stay

Backup power is almost instantaneous. Great location, close to the city but just outside it so it's quiet and pleasant. The guards are courteous and professionals. Plenty of parking space.

Limited breakfast options. The room looks average. Only 1 channel available in the TV.

Food is mediocre, great location, wonderful staff.

It's near the beach. Free airport shuttle. Great staff!

Room 110 television remote and satellite modem doesn't work. The water heater doeant work.

Good enough if there are no other better options

It was close to the boulevard.

When we asked the staff if we could check-in early, the staff at the reception did not mention that there would be an additional fee. While we know some hotels do charge extra, there are also some who don’t. We’ve been travelling for half a day before that, so we were too tired to ask about the fee or to even ask if there was a fee. The least that the hotel staff could have done was tell us HOW MUCH was the charge before checking us in so that we would not be shocked when the bill came.

The Best it gets in San Jose.

If you need to stay in San Jose and want a place to stay that is as close to western style and comfort, this would be the only choice. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, bathroom above San Jose standards, but dont have high expectations with the bathrooms. Convenience store next to property very nice to have and staff was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get transport to town. Breakfast is mostly Filipino cuisine.

Would improve the bathroom condition, replace shower heads and increase water pressure if possible....also invest in water filtration system.

Very comfortable and clean hotel and great staff! The service is very good, they are very hlpfull. Very close to the airport!

not good value for money. Service has to be improved

Food in the restaurant. Good breakfast. Good location and a free shuttle to go to the pier.

Completely unefficient staff at reception. Not sure they understand English well. Smiling is not enough. Old fashionned room. Sheets were dirty and we had to have them changed. They charged us more that they should on our credit card because they did not take into account he benefit for early payment. It took us a long time to be refunded. Price remain too high for the quality of the romm and for the service.

Few minutes from the airport with free shuttle

Excellent service: free shuttle bus to the city center and back + to and from the airport. Basic room, good for the night before the flight.

Small ants inside the room. Your room is as quiet as your neighbor.

Nice hotel to stay in to take the ferry to Coron

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was nice, the 2 beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, there was plenty of lighting, lots of outlets to plug in your electronics, the wifi was pretty good, the food was super delicious and the portion sizes were big. The hotel area was large and safe to stay in for solo travellers.

There were some mosquitoes in the room that were difficult to get rid of, the door didn't close all the way and had cracks in the door that let mosquitos in, the shower leaked around the knobs so the pressure of the shower head was bad.

Much better than all the other hotels for sure but still...

Much better than all the other hotels for sure but still under my standards. I don’t think any hotel can be called really good in San Jose. Average rooms, average bathrooms and great staff.

Just ordinary nothing REALLY special

Staff was really nice and efficient where needs be, service was just plain, nothing really special

I was originally booked for one night but then had up stay an extra night but then I was moved out of one room; which was comfortable and Into another that didn't have the same features as the first even though I booked the same room, didn't like that being transferred, service of the staff was extraordinary it was just plain didn't feel like they would go all out for their guests to make them feel comfortable
